Prophetic Word: Warmth for the cold, Light for the darkness
In the early hours of August 1, I dreamed about a quiet city street on a cold Winter’s night. There were brownstone-type homes lining both sides of the brick road, and there was snow on the ground. A lone streetlamp lit up the still neighborhood, there were no vehicles anywhere, just warm homes with smoke rising from their heating pipes. All was quiet with no movement, showing signs of the late hour.
Hovering over this calm district and enjoying its peace, I look several houses up the street and I see a hand holding a torch. The torch was touching each of the heaters atop the homes. Once the hand gently lowered the torch to the heating pipe, more smoke began to rise from it, then it moved to the next pipe.
I was disturbed by this and raced into my house to gather all who were in it. The houses appeared to represent communities as well as families. I gathered my tribe and told them to prepare for what was coming. I thought that if this torch-bearing force touched our house, we may lose the only source of heat we have for the Winter. I was concerned for my community.
We gathered together and ran across the street into a neighboring house, so that we may all huddle together. As everyone in the house fellowshipped and waited for whatever was to come, I stood on edge. We waited and waited, but no catastrophe came. No destruction came. Darkness never entered our house, and we remained warm and safe.
As I pondered this dream the Lord showed me that the force bearing the torches was not sinister, but His hand. He was not bringing destructive, catastrophic fire, but an enduring Flame. I realized that the torches were not coming to destroy the houses, they were lighting the heaters, bringing extra heat for the cold nights of Winter, extra Light during the darkest hours of night, revealing signs of increased provision during a season of great unknown.
Our societies are, once again, upon historic precipices. We must remember to
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding." (Proverbs 3:5)
Regardless of what events may take place, His hand is upon us. You will not go hungry, you will not be in lack, you will abide in peace amidst a world of chaos.
You see, the neighborhood was at peace along with all those dwelling within it. There were no vehicles --no businesses or ministries represented, just communities. As the remnant, we ARE this district. Bring others into it, so that they may not only be kept warm, but also experience the Glory of the Lord during a time of uncertainty.
The Light of the Lord is coming to bring extra heat and provision for the cold, to bring extra Light for the dark, specifically for those who serve Him, for those gathered as a body. So, it is time for us to gather together, so that we may all partake in the extra Heat, extra Provision, and increase of Light and Glory of the Lord.
And while we wait together, fellowshipping in His goodness and provision, let His fire consume your hearts. I say 'let' it consume you, because many of us get so caught up in circumstance that we do not have eyes to see what YHVH is doing. Those with eyes to see, let him see.
"But blessed are your eyes, because they see; and your ears, because they hear." (Matthew 13:16)
Be consumed this season by the touch of His hand, the fire of His Love, the warmth of His Light, and the provision of His Kingdom.
"...In the same hour came forth fingers of a man's hand..." (Daniel 5:5)
"And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Yeshua." (Phillipians 4:19)
"For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that according to the riches of His glory He may grant you to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Yeshua may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in Love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Yeshua that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God." (Ephesians 3:15-19)

Yes, I agree!

This bears witness with what the Lord has been speaking to me. Today while sitting in the doctors office, I was compelled to pray… not out of fear, but out of what was bubbling up inside of me from my time with the Lord early this morning.
I kept hearing portions of Psalm 103 being spoken in my spirit.
It was like I could see it happening in our lives. The Lord was healing all of our diseases. He was redeeming our lives from destruction. He was crowning us with lovingkindness and tender mercies.. our youth was being renewed like the eagles.
The provision of the Lord is our promise!
What a blessing-thank you for sharing!

Thank you for sharing your heart and the vision God shares with you. It all speaks so loudly in this season of life and most definitely the reminder to “not get caught up in the circumstances we are in but stay focused on what YHVH is doing! Troubled stressful times brings strength and wisdom for the abundance ahead.
